I’m Victoria Fusco, founder of Fusco Advisory. I bring over a decade of experience helping leaders and teams bridge the gap between vision and execution.
My background spans leadership development, marketing strategy, and project management from building curriculum and training programs to guiding organizations through restructuring, strategy and growth.
Clients know me for bringing clarity to complex challenges and for making sure the work not only gets planned, but gets done.
